Having major success with the process I used to overcome addiction and alcoholism, I realized that I have much to share. I failed repeatedly with 12 step and conventional recovery programs and knew that there had to be a better answer. I believe that recovery should NOT take an entire lifetime to complete. I wanted to find or create a process for myself that would not only cure my addictions, but also make me a healthy human being. I was fully recovered inside of 15 months, and lost over 65 lbs. in the process. The first 12 of those months were spent collecting as much information as I could about human consciousness (why we do things), being healthy (science of the body), and sometimes just trying to relearn how to be me which I continue to do everyday. I have so much more to learn and so much more to share. My methods and ideas, although slightly unconventional, have proven to be far more successful for me than anything I would’ve ever imagined!

Research for a new book, a documentary, and many other projects is ongoing. The progress of what can be accomplished is moving forward quickly but I can’t do it alone nor do I want to. That’s where your donations come in! The goal is to help us better understand WHY people become alcoholics and addicts, and WHY we don’t need it doesn’t have to run our lives. I have been very successful in recovery and want to share what I have learned so other people may benefit and have similar results in their own sobriety. By incorporating human sciences (psychology, neuroscience, epigenetics, etc.), I have been able to take sobriety to a whole new level. Many people who read what I write have gained insight to their own past behaviors and encouraged them to make the changes neccessary to fully recover! I want to expand on this and get more people involved with the programs I've written so that individuals can easily accomplish their goals of making lasting epigenetic changes. The U.S. spends over $400 Billion dollars annually on the substance abuse epidemic and the number is growing. The culture behind most current models of recovery is proving to do more harm than good, and because of the lack of formal research and anonymity of current programs, there is no way to tell the effectiveness of what they do. Many people feel lost in these programs because there is no real solution and most of the so-called guidance is based on fear of your addictions. This leads to relapse, anxiety, depression, and even the unimaginable... suicide. There are far more effective solutions to prevention and recovery and with your help, we can put them in the mainstream. There is no limit to how many times you can donate. Thank you for your support!

What is the blog all about?

The articles written here are some of my deepest thoughts and feelings, and also plenty of information on what I’m learning and how I believe it may help someone else who might be frustrated with their current progress while dealing with alcoholism, addiction, and or being overweight. It doesn’t take a lot of money or a lifetime to cure yourself. It takes an open mind, some desire, and the knowledge that very soon, you will no longer struggle with addiction or alcoholism. We’re not fighting a war on alcohol. We are looking inward, learning about ourselves, and putting forth the effort to make our own minds work for us and not against us.I’m not special, nor am I trying to be smarter or louder than anyone else, but I have taken the time to look at this, and act on it, from a completely different perspective and the results have been far better than positive. They have been life changing, and allow me to do more than just go to meetings for the rest of my life. Inevitably, I may accidentally piss off some supporters of some of old ideologies of recovery (I’ll do what I can to avoid that), but I feel the path that I’m taking is 100% worth sharing, so that’s exactly what I’m doing. It’s never an argument but it is always a discussion worth having. I’ve learned to see things more objectively and hope to present myself in the same way. We can #BeHigherBeings and leave alcoholism, addiction and recovery behind and start living again.
